Century 21 Shea Realty

Jen was amazing to work with throughout this entire process and was so helpful and knowledgeable and was always trying to make sure we were making the right choices and what to look for. She made the entire process so much easier and always had an answer when there were questions. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone looking for a realtor!

I was in a difficult situation earlier this year, managing my moms affairs after she was unexpectedly moved into a permanent nursing facility. One of the biggest burdens was selling her home, with an additional challenge, since shes in Montana and I'm in Colorado. Mike stepped in and did a fantastic job. He helped me navigate everything from getting the house ready and listed to evaluating offers and finding ways to increase interest in the property. Throughout the process, he gave thoughtful, practical guidance and always made sure I understood my options. What stood out most was the extra effort Mike put in to make the entire process as seamless as possible. I felt he genuinely cared about my family and the outcome, not just the transaction. I would recommend Mike to anyone navigating the real estate market and looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly stellar at what he does.

Jen was amazing. Definitely couldn't have done it without her. She made the experience easy and fast. She was understanding, easy to get a hold of and, prepared. She was great with the kids and didn't just seem all business. What mattered to us mattered to her. We were very fortunate and thankful to have had her to sell our house. She was always there to answer any questions or concerns. She even sold my sister's house. She's a definite pro with a big heart who can get the job done . Again we are so glad we had Jennifer Jolli to sell our house. I can only imagine how great she would be at finding us one. When the time comes. I know we'll reach out to her. If you want to sell a house or buy one you should too.

I contacted Jennifer to help me find a commercial rental location. I was completely unaware of the process Jennifer is very knowledgeable on the process and I don't think antifreeze knows the area better than she does. She was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to be helpful. Because of my experience with her when looking for a commercial property, I will be a return customer when buying a residential property...

Jen was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and communicated with us often. She made sure we were prepared in every way and understood the process. I would definitely recommend Jen to anyone buying or selling a home. We have worked with Jen multiple times for both buying and selling and have never been disappointed.
