Scott was fantastic to work with. Great attention to detail, knowledge of the neighborhood and amazing contacts to get "small stuff" done prior to our move in date. He was also very helpful coordinating all of the administrative work needed to get done prior to closing. He made the buying process very easy and I would use him again to buy or sell in the future. Scott was great to work with. Our process was quite long due to circumstances and he was patient and friendly with us the entire time. Always quick to get back with us and willing to show us more properties than we even wanted to look at. We pretty much got everything item on our wishlist despite the market. Scott was such a pleasure to work with that we hired him twice, for a house we bought in Naperville and a few years later when we sold that house and bought a condo in Chicago. In both cases, he was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. The second sale was a tricky one with timing and a HOA situation and he handled it all with so much grace despite the pressure, taking all of the weight off our shoulders. I appreciate that Scott really took the time to get to know us and find places that were right for us. Hes not someone who will try to get a quick sale or push something you dont want. Hes also just a really down-to-earth guy who goes out of his way in every way, not only in trying to find you a home. Its been a couple of years since we worked with Scott and to this day, we still get notes in the mail, gift cards for dinner, bottles of wine as treats, even though we are no longer in the market. His thoughtfulness is something that always blows me away. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking in the Chicago market or in the suburbs. You wont regret it!
