I stopped my search for a few months but decided to work with Scott again because hed been very helpful and nice. I cannot recommend Steven, Daniel and the Powers group enough. They sold 3 properties for us totaling 16 units over the last year. This was a complicated affair as we were out of state, had dozens of tenants to manage and needed property management help as well. We also had the NW preservation ordinance to navigate on 1 building. Ive made many good and many bad decisions over the course of my real estate career but hiring Steve to sell these buildings was easily the best. He is professional, strategic, polite and ethical. Very strong on the negotiation side, understands the business and all the Chicago submarkets, market trends and just a calm presence with great follow through. One of our buildings was particularly complicated because of the NW ordinance along with the full gamut of characters (difficult tenants, tricky buyer, etc). we almost lost the deal several times. Most realtors would have given up, but he did not and was ultimately able to get the sale over the line at an above market price. Best realtor Ive ever worked with.

Scott was great to work with. Our process was quite long due to circumstances and he was patient and friendly with us the entire time. Always quick to get back with us and willing to show us more properties than we even wanted to look at. We pretty much got everything item on our wishlist despite the market. I would definitely work with him again.

Steve and Dan helped me sell my condo earlier this year and a great wing to wing job. They helped manage the condo board, oversaw about 10k in renovations (with lots of smart value suggestions... they cared about my bottom line) and of course actually sold it. Both guys are great.. very professional and ethical. You can't go wrong with the Powers group.
