Century 21 SGR, Inc.

We were first-time home buyers and Jesse was amazingly helpful when it came to answering our myriad questions about the process and it really felt like he went the extra mile with us. He quickly understood what we were looking for (maybe before we did) and patiently took us around and showing us the kinds of things we should be looking for-- and what to look out for. When we found "the one," the process was straightforward and as easy as could be!Jesse never pressured us and I'm confident he would have shown us forty homes if needed. When we found our dream home, Jesse patiently guided us through the process, negotiated a much better price, and helped us with seller credits. Jesse was with us all the way through the process and we were entirely confident in his work. He came recommended by three different colleagues (also first time home buyers) and he'll now definitely be recommended by us! We can't imagine a better person to work with, seriously.

My experience with Jesse was excellent. I needed to find and close on a place in a very short amount of time, so we had to move pretty quickly. He was thorough and patient with me the whole time. He was always so responsive. When Jesse says he will do something, he will do it when he says he will do it - perhaps even sooner. I couldnt have asked for a more reliable agent to walk me through the process. He is also very compassionate and kind. If you want a hard-working and dependable agent who also happens to be a deeply good-natured human being, then Jesse is your guy.

Jesse is a great realtor - he helped me in so many way to close on my condo quickly - his recommendations were spot on. He was always available to answer question through out the entire process - Thanks Jesse

We spent 8 months looking for a condo in Hyde Park, and what I most appreciated about Jesse was his honesty and the fact that he didn't pressure us. I'm picky, but he was never impatient. He was always willing to show us any property we wanted to see, and would help us spot bad qualities as well as good ones. He was always on-time and professional, and he knows a great deal about Hyde Park and Chicago real estate. The sale went through without a hitch. If we were ever to sell, he'd be my first call. He's definitely the best realtor I've ever worked with.

Jesse Trevino is a master realtor. He knows Chicago like the back of his hand. Hes kind, compassionate and cool-headed. When issues arise, as they inevitable will in any deal, he takes time to explain what it means for us and offers solutions. His process is collaborative and focused on securing your your dream home (or selling your home to move to the next phase of your homeowner journey). I cant recommend Jesse highly enough!
