Sarah Callahan did an excellent job guiding us through a long and complicated estate sale. This was the first time I have had to sell a property as a representative of an estate, so I came in without previous experience. Sarah guided us through the process with a positive attitude and compassion for our situation from beginning to end, even though it took a significant time to complete the whole process considering the extra steps an estate sale requires. Sarah was great! It was our first time buying a house and she made everything so easy and helped us through the entire process. Any time we had any questions she was always quick to respond. As we were house hunting any of the houses that we wanted to see Sarah was quick to get us a viewing and we're grateful that she was quick because the house we wanted and got was only on the market for a short amount of time! She pointed out things that we didn't think to ask and also helped schedule repairs into our closing. Overall, if we ever needed to sell our home we would definitely be coming back!
