Century 21 Scheetz

Alicia is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable about real estate and she is extremely thorough and organized?plus she has a sparkling personality and sense of humor. She researches any issues that arise to find resolutions. When we were selling our property she was very helpful with giving us names of workers who would help us with any jobs that needed to be done. She even paid to have our windows washed! We felt that she looked out for us as both buyers and as sellers. You would love working with Alicia! We sure did!

Alicia was great to work with. She stayed right on top of the new listings hitting the market and found us the perfect home. Her knowledge of real estate during the offering process was outstanding. She gave us the perfect advice that was needed.

Alicia helped us to buy our first home in Westfield, IN. We were lucky Zillow referred her to us. Alicia was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She was able to guide us step by step and gave us helpful referrals of local professionals. Thank you Alicia! I would recommend her as an agent.

Alicia is 5 stars across the board, my husband and I feel like we hit the jackpot finding her as our realtor (thanks to Zillow)! She helped us list our first time home fast to meet the demand in our area at the same, priced our home perfectly where we not only made a huge profit BUT sold on the first day (with multiple competitive offers) and made the process smooth and easy while explaining everything so we were in the loop. Alicia also helped us with our new build home where she negotiated and guided us throughout the whole 7 month process. She was able to negotiate our price down in some areas where we wouldnt have known was flexible. We just closed on our home and we would not have been able to get through the process of building without her help! In general, Alicia is the perfect realtor and we are so thankful. At the end of the day, we know Alicia has our back and will help us get the best in any circumstance!

Alicia is the BEST realtor around. Look no further! She was extremely helpful in helping find our new home. She was always very thorough throughout the process and constantly communicated to us. We bought a new build, so she involved herself with the builder, sales consultant, loan officer, etc. so she could best represent our best interests for our new home. Buying a home can be stressful, but Alicia made it seem like a cake walk! If you are buying in the indy area, GO TO ALICIA!!
