Lisette was absolutely a pleasure to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and she walked us through each step transparently and patiently. She was INCREDIBLY responsive, hands on, and in constant communication. Lisette helped answer all of our questions in great detail, even the simple ones that first timers have. She set clear expectations and time line for events, and was a great project manager as we worked with different entities (inspector, title agency, mortgage lenders, etc). She also has a great network of these service providers, and transparently illustrated the individual strengths that each one had. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, and she was super considerate of our needs. Lisette has an impeccable taste and understanding of the market, and at all times we felt comfortable and trusting of her advice. She knew what we were looking for, we made an offer on our pick of the litter, and with her knowledge of the market we got a GREAT deal (with no changes to our offer). Lisette was also extremely helpful to the sellers, and the negotiations were super smooth.
