Alfred handled the sale with great professional skills, brought in many offers for me to look at sold the house first open house .He was a friend . I was able to have trust that he had this important part of my life taken care of

I had multiple horrible experiences with different agents upon listing my property multiple times without success. From the moment I contacted Benjamin I cannot express enough of how impressed I was with his remarkable professionalism. From the moment I engaged his services, it was evident that I had made the perfect choice with my selection. I needed a swift sale so I could move on with lifes next journey, moving out of CA. He and his team surpassed all expectations in an unbelievably short amount of time. They strategically positioned my property to attract multiple offers, I was so happy. But then the buyer fell out of escrow, and Benjamin had me back in escrow within the next 2 days, making the experience seamless and stress free. Benjamins dedication and commitment were evident in responding to ALL my text and calls no matter what time it was. Ive had other agents state, aEURoeI was doing me timeaEUR? and another stated aEURoeit was family timeaEUR? then forgot about me. I felt Benjamin was always honest, transparent, and extremely efficient. He communicated important details concisely and avoided unnecessary information, which I greatly appreciated. Reassuring me continuously along the way. Choosing Benjamin as my realtor was undeniably one of the best decisions I made, and I am immensely grateful for his tireless efforts. His warm and friendly demeanor made him an absolute pleasure to work with. In conclusion, I cant say enough complimentary words. Its just the truth. Thank You, Benjamin, you are phenomenal! I am loving my new journey.

Alfred is amazing! He helped us navigate through an incredibly stressful time in our lives. He was supportive and reassuring through the whole selling process. Not only did he make this whole experience as smooth as it can get, he helped me secure and offer well above asking price. I can't thank Alfred enough for being our realtor. I highly recommend Alfred if you want someone who is knowledgeable, someone who will advocate for you, and supportive. Thank you Alfred!!!!

I met Johnny on a Saturday open house and on Tuesday morning I was in escrow on my dream home. He helped us get our offer accepted first try during this competitive market which was a dream come true. His lender Sandra was incredible and got us pre approved in 48 hours for more than our previous lender qualified us. The escrow process was so smooth and we got our keys in 24 days.
