Summer sold our home in Sumter County for more than I was going to list it for. We moved out of state and listed the house very close to our moving date so most of her work was done after we already moved. Summer met with buyers, frequently checked on the house, wrote negotiation letters and ultimately sold our home in a very smooth closing process.Summer has been in the industry long enough to know what she's doing but not so long that she doesn't give personal attention to her listings or clients.
