Shandy goes above and beyond! She is so kind and helpful! She made our first time buying a home wonderful!! We could not have done it without her. She answered every single question we had and made sure we were aware and had an understanding of all of the things we would need to do in order to purchase our home.

Shandy was excellent in all aspects of a difficult, quick search and purchase. She presented multiple properties that met our guidelines which allowed us to place an offer the next day. She was always prompt to reply to questions and guided us through all the steps of our purchase. She is the only realtor I will use for any future purchase in the area.

Cannot express how phenomenal Shandy was from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable every step of the way and made the entire process extremely easy. We ended up having several difficulties that were entirely our issues as buyers - Shandy navigated this flawlessly and ensured the sale went though as planned. Cannot recommend her enough!!

Always on top of things(coordinated almost everything), great response times(no matter the time or question) and always willing to help! Answered all my questions and understood how antsy it can make you, 11/10 highly recommended my circumstances may have been different from most but Shandy did everything she could to help me get closed on my house, truly an awesome individual!
