My wife and I used gwynn to sell our home just a few months ago. She was absoulety wonderful to do business with. She is very passionate and professional. When issues arose she acted quickly and ethically to resolve them. We were nervous about the selling process and we expressed that to gwynn. She asked of we could pray together as a family as ask for Gods will and timing to be done. That meant so much to us and we felt very comforted from then on. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stats because she absoulety would deserve the higher marks. We felt like people when dealing with her and not another sell or form to be filled out.

Misty Kinney has been a blessing to work with. She is very bright and efficient at her job. As a buyer she makes us feel at ease knowing she will return our phone calls right away and answer all our questions. She was phenomenal with negotiation to get us a better price on our property and diligent to make sure all our paper work was precise for closing and on time. I recommended her to all my friends and in the future I will only use Misty for my Tennessee real estate needs.

Mrs. Jones is an excellent realtor who helped my husband and I sell our first home. We were not very knowledgeable about the process and she made sure we knew everything we needed to and helped us sell our house quickly. Gwynn is a very friendly, personable Realtor, she knows the area well in which this home was sold. She had all the professional and legal understanding surrounding this sale. If I were to ever move back to the area I would hire her again.
