I want to say, this whole house search/buying experience could have not been any better. From the initial first contact with Cristian, to the final disclosure inspection. We did put Cristian process expertise, being that our first home offer we had to pull out from escrow, because of personal decision. We were already in escrow, with our good faith deposit already with the escrow company. Once we decided to pull out, being that no prior agreement had been signed with escrow company, they tried to keep a $250 cancellation fee. Cristian guided us through the process, calling that a fraud because no cancellation fee had been previously been agreed or notified of. He did research, contacting a Real Estate attorney, to get advise and to make it sure. I ended obtaining my entire good faith deposit back. Once we found our future home, we submitted an offer with his advise of offering a little higher than asking price to assure that we were submitting a strong offer since the market we are in is pretty competitive. We are grateful to Cristian for all the excellent service he provided us with.
