Kerra has just been amazing to work with!!! Like she goes above and beyond to help and be there to help with any questions! Like I remember some issues came up kinda late in the evening, definitely out of her work time!!! But here it is like 630 at night and I'm on the phone with her while shes cooking dinner for her family explaining what was going on and just going above and beyond her job to put us at ease!
