CENTURY 21 Ocean

Excellent experience

Barrett was a pleasure to work with during the house search process. He was professional and knowledgeable in the real estate field. Barrett was very patient and empathetic to our needs. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

I did not have as much contact with Barbara as I did with Chazz McBride. When I first talked to Barbara Schluraff, before choosing a realtor, she assured me that she "had people to handle anything I couldn't do". There were times I felt I was on my own. I believe that the house was shown too soon, before it was totally ready. I realize that I made some bad mistakes that were not Barbara or Chazz"'s fault . I was trying to do everything myself and trying to do things from out of state.

I am so happy to have worked with both Barbara and Luis. They are a great team. They are very knowledgeable about real estate and the cocoa beach area. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for properties in that area.

I cant imagine theres a better agent on Earth than Barrett. We first met him while casually exploring a move from San Diego to Florida, just walked in the office he works ataEUR"no pre-approval, probably not looking like serious buyers. Still, he treated us like top-priority clients from day one and always took us at our word. For 2 years, before we were even approved, Barrett stayed committed and worked hard for us the entire time. Within 2 weeks of approval, we bought a home that lined up with the intentions we had been projecting all alongaEUR"proving we were serious all along. His only aEURoeweaknessaEUR? is that his patience and work ethic are so strong they could be taken advantage of. No doubt in my mind: Barrett is the best. He deserves a medal.
