NORTH HOMES REALTY, INC

Matthew is an awesome realtor and he goes the extra mile for you. We had sold one of our houses last year and did an excellent job. This year we are selling another place and went back to Matthew. He was really helpful by helping out. We had to get some work done on the house and we were not able to be there to let them in or get quotes and he would offer to do this for us. Knows the area because he has lived in Simi area all his life. He is down to earth and tell you how it is in the housing market.

Matt has been WONDERFUL to us as we search for our home. We've intermittently looked at different property for a better part of almost a year before finally making an offer on a home. Throughout the process, Matt did great at setting expectations each step of the way and when there were moments of stress, he was awesome at calming us down and was very responsive to calls/messages. Matt has made this entire buying experience painless and stress free for us.

Matt Salit LOVES his job and it shows!! We used Matt for both selling and buying our home. His knowledge of the market allowed us top dollar when selling. This also helped when negotiating for a better price when we purchased. His knowledge of the neighborhoods found us our prefect home. Matt is deeply involved with your home buying/selling experience from start to finish to ensure you complete satisfaction. Matt comes highly recommended.
