Century 21 North East

Jerry was very informative and helpful. He knew the market and was always available. He made suggestions that helped with our sale. He was happy to show us places and helped guide us in our purchase and sale of our home.

Jerry Thompson II has an excellent knowledge of the local area and when we met he came prepared with listing and sales data on comparable homes. He explained his thoughts on pricing and preparation for the sale and it was just apparent that we were in agreement on approach. Throughout the process Jerry was clear and honest. And we had a positive outcome, i.e. the house sold relatively quickly and at the price we wanted.

Jerry came to our townhouse to meet with us on a Sunday evening in Derby, within days of our first call with him. We sat and spoke for almost 90 minutes about ourselves, our goals, finances, expectations, and more. We are a small family moving into our first single-family home. Needless to say, we had a lot of anxious nerves over this process. Jerry answered every single question, took us to every place we wanted to go, and never once made us feel like a bother. Jerry always responded and was pragmatic and realistic with his advice. Jerry was everything you would want in a real estate agent: a family man who genuinely cares about his clients, and is an absolute shark in real estate. Fast forward 100 days and Jerry sold our townhouse for significantly more than what we expected. It took 1 day of showings for Jerry to lock in a deal over asking. We also just closed on our storybook single-family home yesterday morning. Jerry gives excellent service. Thank you, Jerry!

My husband and I have used Jerry three times now buying and selling. His knowledge and expertise is unmatched! We recommend using Jerry to anyone thinking about buying or selling!

Jerry helped me and my partner move from out of state. He allowed us look in a large area and was incredibly helpful with this first home purchase. He was more than accommodating to a tight timeline and a strict budget. I am so impressed and would recommend him to anyone.
