Kyle was our agent with our most recent new home purchase in Cache Valley. The home was partially built and therefore not yet listed. I contacted Kyle via the internet to see one of his properties. Kyle responded timely, and set up an appointment for the next day. He showed us the house and was knowledgeable about the house, well/water level, property taxes, property value trends, and much more than just the home we looked at. We had a couple of questions about the property he didn't know the answer to, but got back to us within 24 hours. Kyle is polite, professional, and he knows his stuff!
