Century 21 MM

Richard has been our realtor for almost 20 years, starting when he helped us buy our first home. Weve known him through church for years, so there has always been a level of trust there that is really important when youre making such a big financial decision. Most recently, Richard helped us sell our home, and he did a great job. He gave us good advice on pricing and getting the house ready, was always available when we had questions, and kept us informed throughout the process. Our house went pending in 5 days and closed in 20 days, which was amazing! What I appreciate most about working with Richard is that he knows his business, but he also knows us. We never feel pressured or like were just another transaction. He has been our realtor for nearly 20 years for a reason, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Richard was very helpful and attentive in the purchase of my new home. He was quick to respond and always eager to help in clarifying and finding solutions to any part of the process. Richard has not only helped me buy and sell homes but has been the go to agent for our family for over 20 years. He is exceptionally familiar with all parts of the process making it less stressful. We are not only lucky to have Richard Salinas as our agent, but we are happy to consider him a friend.

Richard was so helpful in getting our house sold! He kept us appraised regularly about the process and guided us on what we needed to do. We highly recommend Richard Salinas - he goes the extra mile!

Richard did an outstanding job assisting us with our crazy list of wants vs needs, and helping us through every step of the process. When it came time to sell our family home of almost 50 years, we couldn't think of anyone we trusted more. I highly recommend Richard for your real estate needs!

Richard gave us great insight into the selling process (and previous buying process) He kept in communication and quickly answered any questions we had. We've now used Richard on several real estate transactions and would still use him again.
