I called several realtors in the Alma area to sell a house, most were extremely slow to respond several never heard back from. When I called Jason he returned my call in less then 5 minutes and set up a meeting. I met with a few of the other local realtors/Brokers. None of which were prepared. Even the other local Broker/Owner that responded had no presentation, no information, could not answer simple questions about the market, advised they would get me the info, never heard from again. When Jason showed up he was prepared had a Great presentation, answered all questions, listed the house quickly and most importantly priced it right and SOLD it quickly with very little problems. Jayson is a very informed, ambitious, and honest realtor. He has sold a home for me and helped me buy another. He has also worked closely with my entire family in the same manor. I would never consider buying or selling another home without him.

Jayson listed my house even though I didn't want to hire him. My wife, who I am divorcing decided to sign an agreement without my consent. He was aware that I didn't want to hire him, but he signed her anyway. I asked him specific questions about marketing and listing strategies that he answered with a boiler plate "pledge." The pledge did not answer my questions. Personally, I wouldn't trust anyone who does business in this manner.

It was a great experience. He provide sound advice for preparing the house for sale. He put together an excellent advertising and pricing strategy that quickly attracted buyers. We had an offer in less than a week. Despite taking a well needed vacation he stayed in touch during our closing. We would gladly work with him again.
