Century 21 Judge Fite

Matt did a great job helping us sell our house! He took the time to understand our expectations, was quick to recommend companies to do the work we needed done, and was knowledgeable about the current market and what to prioritize when getting our house ready to list. He was quick to communicate showing requests and offers, he helped break down the offer details so we could easily understand them, and he gave good advice when we were considering which offer to accept. Our house sold more quickly than we imagined it would, and we will definitely be contacting Matt first if we move again in the future!

Steve is an expert when it comes to finding and purchasing a home. We spent every Tues and Thurs night for over a month looking at every house in my price range. He showed great patience and expertise when helping me purchase my first home. I will recommend Steve to every friend and family member I know that is looking to purchase a home.
