Lia has been very helpful from managing our rental property and helping us with the sale later on. She handled all maintenance requests and was very diligent with the resources she had. Highly recommend for rental property management as well as buying or selling. Worked on our behalf to get us the best deal and we walked away very satisfied.

Lia helped me by my very first home years ago and it was easier than buying a car. Just recently bought my second and without any hick ups sold and purchased the new one, Lia guided us all the way. HIGLY RECOMMEND ! Lia will guide help and protect you thru the process.

Lia knows Lubbock and makes it a point to understand what her buyers want. She also goes to bat for her clients and makes sure that the home purchasing process goes smoothly. I would highly recommend her.

Lia is nothing short of amazing! We have used her for our last two home purchases and could not imagine a better realtor helping us through the process. She was quick to respond to our countless questions and eased every concern we had along the way. With her guidance we were able to close quickly on our most recent home and sell our other properties without a hitch! Her expertise in the industry, knowledge of market trends and communication throughout the entire process was such a comfort and we were so thankful to have been able to work with her!

We have worked with Lia both as buyers new to Lubbock and sellers and we highly recommend her for her personalized service and expertise. You could not ask for more from a realtor!
