Century 21 J Carter & CO (Poe Group)

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our realtor, Scott Poe. From the very beginning of our home-buying journey to the day we received the keys to our new home, Scott was there for us every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and always made us feel like we were his top priority. No question was ever too small, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we understood every part of the process. Buying a home can be stressful, but Scott made the experience so much easier with his professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our family. Thanks to Scotts hard work and commitment, our dream of becoming homeowners became a reality. We are truly grateful for everything he did for us and will always appreciate the time, effort, and heart he put into helping our family. If youre looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, hardworking, and truly cares about his clients, we highly recommend Scott Poe. Thank you for helping our family find a place to call home. We will always be grateful!

It was amazing experience. Scott answered all my questions, always answered my phone calls excellent communication and he had a lot of patience to understand me because my English is not very good. Thank you Scott you are an amazing person.

Shavondra did an outstanding job assisting us. She has great communication skills and she listened to us. She was a great advocate on our behalf. She made the process very smooth and kept us knowledgeable the entire way. Shes very knowledgeable and professional also while being so relatable and reliable.

William was absolutely wonderful and extremely patient with us as we looked through houses and worked through the process of buying a house in Gulfport.

Michelle was a joy to work with. When I tell you my home buying process was smooth as I could imagine. Working with Michelle from the negotiating with sellers, to looking for the perfect lenders to finance with she was top notch. Made sure I knew everything about the home I was interested in so there was no surprises or surprise cost on my end. Went to bat for me at every step. I definitely will be referring her to all my family and friends in the area whos looking to buy, sell or rent.
