Century 21 Hometown Realty

April made herself available to show me the houses that I wanted to see. When there was a question about the cost of needed repairs to a home I was buying, she arranged for a professional electrician to look at the problem and provide a bid. It helped in the negotiations for the repair costs. She handled all the transactions professionally and was friendly to work with. I will definitely call her again for my real estate needs.

April was extremely helpful and made everything so easy. She accommodated us by sending everything electronically and coordinated with the escrow company. She did all the work, we didn't have to do much! I couldnt recommend anyone more. I will definitely use her again in the future. Thank you April!

We are grateful for April's expertise with our purchase. She assisted us with all of our questions and was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend April to anyone that wants a smooth transaction. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

As first time homebuyers, getting into the market was very daunting, especially in today's market. We peppered April with questions and concerns and she always thoroughly and quickly gave us responses. She helped us navigate through the process and was a fantastic advocate on our behalf. April took what we sought in a home and provided many adequate options to consider. Due to low availability it took a number of months to find the home we were looking for, but April was always patient, responsive, and helpful from beginning to end. She is someone who I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to find a home in the Central Coast area.
