Tessa Hagwood is very trustworthy. She proved this to us on a prior property search when she discouraged us from buying a more expensive home that was not a good choice for our needs. Helping us find the best "fit" was more important to her than getting a higher commission. Tessa is also a reliable communicator and was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Tim Riley was phenomenal in every way imaginable. My wife and I have a daughter attending college in San Luis Obispo, CA, and we were interested in buying her a condominium that would eventually turn into a rental property. My wife was looking at available real estate online one night, and Tim initially contacted us. We are so glad that he did. We live out of town, and were only in the SLO area on short notice in tight windows. He accommodated our schedule, and only showed us properties near the college (thereby not wasting our time on units that never would have interested us). In addition, he never pressured us to "settle on" several available condos that did not meet our needs. We were especially blessed that he knew the local real estate market so well that he encouraged us to make an offer on a beautiful condo that the owners had recently taken off the market. The owners accepted (thus sparing us the inevitable bidding war that would have ensued). Early on, Tim connected us to a local loan officer who was as helpful as him. Once our offer was accepted, Tim guided us through every step of the sale process. The online documents were easy to sign and save. Tim made himself available for the home inspection and the final walk-through, and always made time for us to answer our questions and walk us through the process. Tim gave us the highest level of service and commitment possible. Simply stated, we would not have successfully purchased our condo without him, and we enthusiastically recommend him to anyone and everyone.
