Century 21 Hometown Realty

Eric went above and beyond and did an amazing job helping us get our dream home. He made the process so easy and always made us feel supported each step of the way and answered all of our questions with care and understanding. If you want an agent that is diligent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy Eric is the person to talk to. Thank you Eric!

I refuse to use anyone else besides Eric. He has gone out of his way time and time again to make sure I was taken care of during 3 different home purchases. Even when he wasn't able to benefit directly he was happy to give advice and steer me in the right direction. I felt like his ability to provide insight during the negotiation process was invaluable, and he understands the value of not pressuring his clients.

Eric did an outstanding job from start to close of escrow for us both with selling and finding and buying our new place. He helped us choose a selling price that resulted in two full price offers immediately and we ended up selling for over the asking price. He then helped us find our new place and advised us on our offer and we got a great deal. He also went above and beyond to help us with advice on our questions for repairs for our new home. We would highly recommend Eric and would use him for any future real estate work we might need.

Eric was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to take place regarding putting a permanent foundation on our mobile home, and was able to get the job done promptly with a local contractor. He was responsive, guiding us through both valuing our home and ensuring we got a fair price for it. He was always responsive, answering questions, and going above and beyond to reply quickly. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Eric is a solid seasoned realtor. He is very sharp and knows how to get the job done. I have used several realtors over the last 40 years and he gets a 5 start rating from me. I have already committed to have Eric help me in the future. I love working with professionals like Eric.
