Carly was used in the purchase of our home. We had known each other previously but her help in our journey buying a home for the first time really solidified our friendship. She is truly a person who cares. We would call her with questions multiple times a week sometimes, the same question we had asked before that we weren't quite understanding fully and with no problem at all she would take the time to talk us through things even if for the second or third time. We knew we would have this same experience with her as she aided us in the legal side and brokering the sale of our home. Carly is in all ways, professionally and personally, very excellent. Century 21 is lucky to have a hard worker and wonderful person in their realty firm. Carly is wonderful in every way, extremely helpful and clear. Carly was a statutory broker for us thus none of the advertising items are applicable however i know her to be very good at that when she is employed for that reason. She was extremely helpful in communicating the legalities of all the contracts in the process and in the closing of our sale.

We worked with Carly Plourde before in the purchase of our first home. Carly was wonderful to work with initially and we had no doubt about using her again for the sale and purchase of our new home. Carly was understanding of my needs as someone that wants to know all the details prior to them happening. Carly was excellent with communication and always easy to reach. I was nervous about selling during the COVID pandemic and Carly encouraged doing it now and I am so glad that we did! We sold in less than a week for a great price with multiple offers and Carly was there for encouragement, advise, and to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I cannot say more excellent things about Carly! She is an AMAZING realtor to work with. She is professional, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about all the things with selling our condo. I relied on Carly for all these things as this was our first time selling, so needed a lot of hand holding. Carly was so patient with showing homes and working with our schedule. Carly was always reachable at the craziest of times. Carly was nothing BUT friendly, happy, and a go getter/advocate for us. We love working with Carly and am so thankful for the work she put in on selling our condo. Excellent overall experience with Carly and Century 21. We really felt like family when we worked with Carly. She cared about us and our needs, our little family and what was important to us. She was personable and aware of our needs every step of the way. She listened and queued into our(my) little needs and nuances for needing to know each step of the process. I really appreciate how easily accessible Carly was when we needed advice or guidance on things from cleaning and prepping our home for sale, to the inspection and official sell of the home.
