David was great to work with on the sale of my property. He is clearly very smart, thoughtful in his approach to listing, understands the market well and what I appreciate the most was that he did not use any fluff or marketing speak when offering his services (unlike other realtors I interviewed). He was straightforward and practical, and was clearly trying to get the pricing right for me rather than to make a quick commission. I will definitely work with David again in the future.

This is the thrid time David has helped us with our properties. He is always been approachable, he listens and tells you an honest answer. He is extremely easy to work with and he is fast. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about him. Let him help you with your property. You will not regret it!

David is a phenomenal agent. He made the process of purchasing our first home smooth and painless. He took care of absolutely everything and he is always clear, communicative, and does not beat around the bush. David is the only agent I would ever work with.

I had great experience, my house got sold with in 3 days , David is really professional and he is really good what he does, and definitely he is the guy i would love to work with in the future for my next propertys. Highly recommend .

Truly one of the best and most dedicated agents I have worked with. Made my sale process very smooth and advocated for me as a 1st time seller. The condo sold within a week thanks to his guidance and market research. Very responsive and committed to the process.
