Ryan did a fantastic job! He worked around my wife and my crazy schedule to help us find a fantastic place. He told us what we needed to get done and was spot on in negotiations. Without him we would not have found our new place. Now one thing I really liked was communication from him by text and email. He doesn't beat around the bush he is straight forward, this is my second time going with him for a home purchase and once again I was very satisfied with the home we picked.
