Century 21 HomeStar

Over the past 18 months, Ive had to navigate the sale of two properties after the loss of family members, and I could not have asked for a better partner through these difficult transitions than Shane Reid. Shane did far more than list the homes and negotiate excellent outcomesaEUR"both sold for full asking price. He stepped in with a level of support, compassion, and dedication that went well beyond what most would expect from a realtor. Shane personally helped clean and prepare each property for showing, even assisting with moving items when I needed an extra hand. Most impressively, he took the initiative to fully understand and help manage a complicated probate situation. He invested his own time to ensure everything was handled correctly, easing a burden that felt overwhelming on my own. Shane doesnt just care about the sale. He genuinely cares about you.

Punctual knowledgeable and reliable Shein help me facilitate a smooth real estate transaction. I would recommend him for any real estate needs. I look forward to Future transactions with Shane

Shane drove all over Northeast Ohio for us, often early on weekends and and late on weeknights. He worked very hard to negotiate with the final sale and made everything very simple for us. I have recommended him to friends and intend to work with him again when we eventually move again.

This is the 3rd house transaction we have used Shane for and wouldn't use anyone else! Extremely professional and truly looked out for us when it came to all of our needs with the home process! Definitely recommending ti all friends and family!
