I interviewed a few different realtors before hiring Belinda. She gave a great presentation but unfortunately didn't deliver on the promises she made. She hires a professional photographer to take pictures, NOPE! She showed up with a small low quality digital camera to take pictures. I gave her a complete description of my property which included Geo-Thermo Heating and cooling plus full in-ground irrigation system. Did she put this in her description, NOPE! Belinda didn't even mention this in addition to numerous spelling problems. Our neighbors called us when they read the posting the day it went online and couldn't believe the pictures and description. I immediately contacted Belinda to voice my displeasure and told her to use the description I gave her and I would retake the pictures with my high pixel camera and forward to her. It took at least 4 days to get this corrected. I gave her 2 stars only because she was good with communication on the status.
