Century 21 Gemini

Heather was amazing selling my house. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the market. Heather is professional, detail oriented and organized. She came prepared with comps and advice when we initially met. From that day forward, she was present, helpful and thorough. I highly recommend her and will use her for any future real estate transactions.

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Heather! She helped us find and lock down our dream homeaEUR"and somehow managed to get us the very FIRST home we put an offer on, which feels nearly impossible in this market! We also had to sell our home in order to buy, and Heather made that happen seamlessly. What could have been an incredibly stressful and complicated process felt manageable because we knew she was in our corner every step of the way. Heather is genuinely kind, patient, and so easy to work with, but she is also an incredible businesswoman who knows how to get things DONE. She advocates for her clients, makes sure their needs are met, communicates constantly, and knows exactly how to navigate a competitive market. We always felt like a priority. Selling and buying at the same time seemed like a nearly impossible taskaEUR"but not with Heather. She made our dream home a reality, and we are forever grateful! Thank you so much!!!

Emilio was very prompt returning calls and very knowledgeable answering all my questions and was very patient I would highly recommend him because of his knowledge of the local area

Outstanding job, understands the market incredibly well. With 30 years of experience, knows the entire state from city to suburbia. Always answered the phone and went above and beyond for us. We understood his process very well, and he explained us every step of the way when it came to both listing our property and looking for a new home.

Emilio is a very hard working agent taking his time to find the right home. He never hesitated to take his time and look at homes that were for sale. He always worked around my schedule in order to accommodate me. He isnt pushy and always pstient
