Nicole was the very best from day one to closing day. Being new at everything hose shopping / burying Nicole was the perfect person. She was so profession and great and explaining things in layman terms so I could understand. I felt comfortable and reassured that she had my best interest at heart and wad in my corner fighting for the best deal for me all the way. Nicole was so informed and educated on the whole home buying space , she diligently explained things to look out for and set clear expectations for every step I was going to take. I had her full attention and felt like I was a priority the entire time. She was always on time and replies promptly to text or calls. Even when dealing with my bank which is out of her job scope, she still offered clear and helpful advice and recondition.
