Century 21 Fort Bragg Realty

Michelle was warm and welcoming and very organized. I was only in the area for four days, so she had every property lined up for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and honest about each property. She helped me with the offer, which was accepted, and then walked me through the entire process with all the paperwork. She was always available for phone calls and/or meeting up. She also walked me through the closing process and answered all of my questions. She organized all the house, well, septic, and gas inspections, and kept me informed. She was a joy to work with and I highly recommend her!

Michelle Deering's honesty and integrity potentially saved me from a dangerous real estate scam. She was contacted by a person advising her that they wanted to list an empty lot on the Mendocino County coast. Rather than just accept the listing (as several other agents in the area have done), she did some research as to the rightful owner and contacted my realtor from when I bought the property several years ago to ask if the property was really for sale. Once she an I were in contact, she advised that scams of this type are becoming more prevalent and offered to alert all her fellow agents in the area of this potential scam involving my property. This type of professional process exhibited by Michelle will help protect property owners from current and future scams. If you are looking for an honest, professional and helpful real estate agent in the Ft. Bragg / Mendocino area, I would highly recommend contacting Michelle Deering. Thank you Michelle.

We have worked with Michelle three times on three different properties and have been very happy. She gets back to us quickly when we have questions, she is extremely knowledgeable and she has neverlead us astray. I recommend her 100 percent!

Michelle has helped us a number of times with both purchasing and selling different properties and each time, we have felt she was the perfect person for the job. Professional, timely, knowledgeable, honest and just plain helpful whenever we needed anything. She was eager and showed that we matter as clients which we really appreciated. I don't think we could have had a better outcome each time. I'm just hoping that she is still available the next time we need a real estate agent.
