Century 21 First Choice Realty

Kandice is very informative. Understands rules/regulations of buying a home. Able to educate us on expectations. Very patient and willing to work around our schedule to help us find our dream home. Kandice stayed active and worked hard for us. We are grateful everyday that Kandice was able to help us find our home!

April Vaughn is the definition of a professional. Communication is hard and she is one of the best real estate agents I have experienced in this regard. She remains cool and manages the emotions of all involved in a way that steadily works through issues throughout the process. She provides solutions to problems and offers her own assistance in solving them. We are very happy with April.

Kandice kept us grounded and focused during the whole process. She was always there to take questions and concerns. Would use her again as my agent and recommend to others. Great Job!!

She is extremely excellent and good at her job and is a superstar of a realtor!

Kandice was a pleasure to work with. She's very knowledgeable. The process was painless and we will use her again.
