Century 21 Farm & Forest

Marcy was outstanding throughout our condo purchase in Vermont. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and a strong advocate during negotiations, inspections, and closing. As out-of-state buyers, we especially appreciated her local expertise and practical guidance. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we would not hesitate to work with her again.

We felt so lucky in finding/meeting Marcy. We instantly felt supported and safe with her guidance. Shes already connected is to the community. She listened to what we wanted and gave us honest feedback that was integral to our search. We are forever grateful to Marcy and cannot recommend her enough!

Marcy is absolutely incredible in essentially every way. She worked with my partner and I for over two years looking at homes, placing offers, and ensuring that our closing went through quickly and as smooth as possible. I would 100% recommend Marcy for 1st time home buyers and anyone looking at purchasing a home. We will definitely be working with Marcy when the time comes to sell and buy in the future.

It was great working with Marcy, start to finish. We were buying out of state and she was the first person to respond to our Zillow inquiry. She was an excellent agent throughout the process, and she really helped steer us through what ended up being a difficult closing. Every step of the way, she was professional and efficient--it was so reassuring to know she was looking out for us.

Marcy is well connected within and knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She was able to work quickly and effectively on my behalf to reach a deal. I would recommend Marcy to anyone looking to buy a home in this area.
