Nikki was incredibly thorough throughout the purchase of my house in Ohio. She asked me where I was moving from, what I did for fun in my previous home, etc. So with that in mind, the houses she sent me were all catered to my needs for myself and my pup. She sent me houses with wide ranges of cost, from 250K up to 415K, this was wonderful to give me an idea of how far my dollar could go and what the differences between the ranges could get me in various areas. Overall, I was able to get a house that fit my needs and Nikki was instrumental in helping me negotiate various concessions on the house.
