Century 21 Everest Realty Group

Bryan and his team were so hands-on throughout the home sale. Professional and always thoughtful, I never had a worry but did have a very quick sale! Thank you Burnett team!

Santiago Mendez, and the whole team at Bryan Burnett Century 21 in St. George Utah, went above and beyond to help us sell our moms home after she passed. They were so compassionate and supportive during such a difficult time. We needed to sell asap due to the estates financial obligations. Santi was able to find just the right buyer, and for the best possible price, in less than 3 monthsaEUR|in a market that is difficult for sellers at this time. Their excellent guidance, and communication skills, made the process much easier than anticipated. I would highly recommend Santiago Mendez, and his excellent team, to anyone looking to sell or buy property. When were ready to buy our house, Santi will be the first person we call!

I reached out to Bryan to sell a home in Utah that was in a trust; I live in California. I was initially overwhelmed at the prospect of selling a home out of state, but Bryan and his team made the entire process incredibly easy for me and my family. From the first call, I knew I was going to be in great hands. Bryans knowledge of the area was instrumental and he secured an offer for us even before the home officially hit the market. His diligence and commitment to making the process a smooth one was second to none. My only gripe is not being able to use Bryan in my home State of CA. I would in a heartbeat. Thank you Bryan and your entire team for being so supportive, caring and efficient in selling my late Aunts home.

Breonna helped us both sell our old house and buy our new house. She went above and beyond what most agents would do. My husband was hesitant to even start the process of listing our house due to the fact that we needed to clear out a lot of junk in our messy garage. Breanna actually came over one morning and helped us clean out and organize our garage, and took two loads of trash to the dump with her pickup truck! Amazing! From start to finish she kept us updated on how things were going and what we needed to do or sign. Highly recommend her.if

We sold a home and purchased our home with Kirsti. She was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process and helped us find our forever home. We would definitely recommend using her for all your real estate needs.
