Century 21 ditton realty

Nicole was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent guidance. She is also friendly and just an overall fun and caring person. I would absolutely use her again and can't imagine working with anyone else. I highly recommend her.

Melissa and Kenny were very easy to work with. We listed our house on with them on Wednesday and had a full priced offer two days later. They did a good job of marketing our home including professional photo shoot of the house.

Complicated sale from overseas and Deb handled everything perfectly. Responded to questions in a timely manner and was very professional. She went out of her way to make sure things were done correctly and to help out as I couldn't be on site. Very happy with the experience and the purchase!

Can't say I know what RenA(C)'s negotiating skills are (probably very good) since I offered full price on my house. She was dual agent on the deal and I think she served both sides very well; there was good will all around. As for other traits, I saw first hand that all the 5-star descriptors matched her skills. Beyond that, she was fun to work with. It always felt like she was totally committed to make everything work right and to take care of me as I wandered through, and quite quickly, the purchase of my new home. Of course, it was in her interest to make things go smoothly and fast to close the deal. But I never felt any rush or pressure. So, despite how busy she is she gave off the vibe of taking time and care all along the way. I'd love to work with her again. But, alas, I think I will like my new house too much to move any time soon!

Kenny just helped my through the process of buying a new property. He was outstanding every step of the way. I would definitely recommend both Kenny and Melissa to anyone interested in finding a new property! Thanks again!!
