Century 21 Community

Braden McMahill is the absolute best after multiple fumbles with trying to sell our investment property on our own we interviewed and met with several agents from different brokerages. We ended up hiring Braden because of his go getter attitude and compassion. We expected our listing to take months to sell and expected multiple showing with no offers. Let me tell you that is far from the truth braden, had our listing up within two days of signing an agreement to list. And within two days he brought us a qualified buyer and an at listing offer. The effectiveness and promptness of communication made us realize we hired the right guy for the job. Braden is the absolute best and if we were staying in missouri we would use him again. Also we were hesitant to hire an agent and if you are trust youll be in amazing hands with braden.

Lindsay was very easy to work with, we met after we requested to look at a house she listed. She accommodated our schedules and we decided to use her for future showings. Lindsay showed us several different properties. She had researched each property and was there to answer questions but also allowed us to move freely without placing any pressure on us. We liked Lindsay so much we used her to sell our current home as well.

Braden McMahill of Century 21 Community was great to work with. He did an outstanding job and as I am not a computer person he made the transition very easy and efficient. The inspector was locked out during out last inspection and Braden was eager to come to Centralia from Columbia on a moments notice to unlock the door. (no one knew homeowner had relocked everything before our last inspection so no lock box) Braden was always on the phone to me about any concerns I might have had. I would recommend Braden with your Real Estate needs. Thanks! Steven Cook.

Lindsay was kind, honest, and made sure we understood the process every step of the way! Our house was listed and under contract within 24 hours (for more than asking price) which is hard to believe in an election year/ fall market! I believe Lindsay's attitude, contacts, marketing, and photography made the world of difference! She doesn't miss a beat; her enthusiasm, passion for her job, and hustle sets the bar high for all others. I would use her 1,000 times over, without a doubt! She is phenomenal, thank you!
