Shelley is awesome to work with! She helped us buy our house 8 years ago, and she helped us sell it in April 2024. From the moment we called to discuss putting our house on the market to the moment we closed she was top notch. We especially appreciated how, whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. She provided clear suggestions about how to make our house more attractive before photos were taken. It can be hard to be objective with your own home so it was helpful to see things from the perspective of potential buyers. Another thing that we appreciate is the way she helped price our house. Shelley did extensive market research and clearly explained the reasons for her suggestions. We were able to price it competitively and our house sold in 3 days (not saying that's typical but that was our experience) We've sold a house before in another stateaEUR" it was a very stressful and drawn out experience. Shelley made it pretty close to stress-free and her positivity helped us stay positive too. Leading up to closing, minor things needed to be done on the house since the buyer was using an FHA loan.
