Century 21 Circle, Westchester

We worked with Giovanni Arenella for a year and a half to find our family home, and he never lost patience or momentum. His response time was impressiveaEUR"home viewing requests often turned into same-day appointments. Even when he was on vacation, he made sure we were connected to someone who could keep things moving. He listened to our needs, worked within our budget, and never pressured us into a home we werent ready for. Most importantly, he was respectful and understanding of our LGBTQ family, which made the entire process comfortable and positive. Giovanni is the rare kind of realtor who blends professionalism with genuine care, and we couldnt recommend him more.

I searched a few sites for realtors and did an interview with 4 before making the choice. Giovanni was the only one who stopped and listened to our needs. He listened to our wants. His communication skills were phenomenal. He checked in on us as we were getting the home ready to sell and made sure we were fully informed every step of the way. The experience we had with Giovanni as our realtor was exceptional, honestly. I am really happy we chose him, and he was able to help us move through the process of selling so easily.

Giovanni did an outstanding job helping me find my first home! He made my home buying much easier and got a deal done for me in no time! Very great communication and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home and in need of a trusted realtor
