Dennisse Nieves made our first home buying experience amazing. Any questions that we had, she would get back to us within minutes with an answer. She was also very flexible with communication, I work at a job where I am unable to talk on the phone for the entire work shift. She acknowledged that issue and we primarily communicated through text message, which was perfect for documentation of all our conversations, and not losing a house because she was not able to get a hold of me.Her knowledge of the market and all the business side of real estate was remarkable. At closing, she was clarifying to us all the details better than the closing representative. Dennisse is also a very positive and personable person. It was easy talking to her and laying out our expectations and wants. She also kept us going through some of the disappointments that occurred during the home buying process. We ended up finding the perfect house for our first home in one short month thanks to Dennisse. I would recommend Dennisse to anyone seeking a realtor. She is professional, extremely thorough, and works 100% for you. Initially, I was hesitant to sell my home but felt no pressure from Dennisse to do so. She gave me time to decide when I was ready. After deciding to sell, Dennisse kept me informed at every point and always presented information to me so that I could make my own informed decisions. She was quick to respond to every question or wondering I had. However, what I liked most about working with Dennisse was the feeling that she geniuely wanted to work hard for me and my family and went to bat for us. Choosing Dennisse to list and sale our home turned out to be the best decision we could of made. We had multiple offers and it was under contract within just a few days. She was very proactive with our listing. She generated social media interest in our home before it was listed on MLS. We had showings immediately, which resulted in offers. We lived out of town and the home was sitting vacant. When we needed repairs made she found us the right people. When a neighbor called with a water leak, she was there, after hours, to turn off the water. Whatever we need she was there to handle it for us. We can not say enough good things about Dennisse. Bottom line is she is professional, knows her stuff and goes out of her way to make the process go as smooth and as stress free as possible. She sold our home at full asking price and quicker than we ever thought possible. We fully recommend her.

Dennisse was amazing. I am a first time home buyer, not only did she show me every option available to me but she gave me an honest opinion on them all. She walked me through all the steps to buying a Short sale property. At times I felt that I was harassing her by all my questions and constant need for updates. Short sales take a long time and are very frustrating, but Dennisse always answered my questions quickly and accurately, and when things got messed up from the Seller/Lender side, she stepped in quickly, made my voice and concerns known, and stayed late on her own time to make things right and to give me updates. Even when we closed, she stayed after hours with me at the Title Company to make sure we closed when I wanted to, and that everything was correct! She is definately someone I would recommend and if I ever need to Sell/Buy property, she is the one I will be calling.
