Janet showed me exactly what I told her I was looking for. She helped with the whole process and even with finding financing. She answered all my questions and when I askes her something I needed to ask someone else she helped me connect with them. She rocks!!!!

I love working with Janet, she is seriously the hardest working agent around. I've worked with Janet on several transactions and each time she's blown me away with her knowledge of what is required to get the job done and done with minimal stress to me. The best thing I can say is she works hard on your behalf, she is easy to communicate with and she is quick with getting whatever information you need. I just love her and recommend her to everyone and anyone!!!! Thank you Janet for all you've done, you are amazing!!!!!!

when I met Janet I knew exactly what home I wanted to purchase. This home was listed for sale by owner and Janet was willing to tackle the challenge. She managed to convince the owner to replumb the entire home and install an AC. I honestly couldnt be happier.

JANET WAS GREAT THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. SHE SAVED ME MONEY REVIEWING MY CONTRACT AND NEGOTIATED ME RECEIVING A FREE APPLIANCE PACKAGE, FREE SCREENED IN PATIO, AND $1200 WHEN THE BUILDER COULDNT CLOSE ON TIME. EVEN AFTER WE CLOSED SHE TOOK ME TO BUY A MATRESS AND PICKED IT UP WITH ME AT THE WHAREHOUSE. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS AND WERE SO GLAD WE FOUND HER. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

As a first time home buyer I was nervous and wasn't sure about the process. But she made it so easy and helped me get exactly what I was wanting. I highly recommend her for all your home buying or selling needs! Thank you for everything Janet Paula! You are the best! I'm so happy!
