John and his team are the definition of professionalism and efficiency. I spoke with John over a year ago (2024) and arrived at the conclusion that I would wait another year to sell. John gave me his professional opinions and was very responsive and put zero pressure on me to list. I called John up in 2025 ready to list and were able to get the home under contract insanely quickly! The CMA was right on the dot with appraisal and John and his team were on top of everything every step of the way. I really could not recommend anyone else even near Jacksonville that could do such a great job. My family is eternally grateful.

We are very disappointed. Lisa provided us with wrong information about a property and confirmed it twice. We placed an offer on the house and when we finally found out that the information was wrong (we would have never placed an offer in the first place had we known that fact!), she was not very helpful and eventually it cost us a LOT of money! We are devastated.Especially disappointing is that she doesn't respond and ignores our emails ... It's very obvious that buyers are welcome as long as they buy and help her to earn money. But if there are difficulties, she lets you down.While she always claimed to be willing to find a home for our family, she never really followed up on our problem ... and again ... this cost us a lot of money - and it was partially her fault. We cannot recommend her services.

John contacted a reputable mover for us and also arranged for a contractor and cleaning team to ready our house for sale. He kept us fully involved in the process so that we could quickly make decisions as required. Our home sold immediately. We got through the closing process smoothly. John was on top of the entire process and was able to advise on anything that came up. We closed within 35 days of our move, including time required for maintenance. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home.
