Everyone always talks about how buying a home is a hassle having to deal with finding the perfect home, the perfect rate, the perfect neighbor, etc. Dealing with Lisa was probably the best experience well ever have when it comes to buying a home. We contacted her first week of November about buying a home and it took us 3 months to find one and close on it. For those three months, she took us everywhere we wanted to go and showed us the most beautiful homes in the area. We were on a strict budget that we didnt want to go over and to my surprise there were plenty in that range that Lisa showed us. If a new home came on the market that fit our exact specifications, shed call me that morning and set up an appointment to see it ASAP so we could get first dibs on putting in an offer if we chose to. She was extremely knowledgeable about where the good areas were and was completely honest with us about anything we asked (resale rate, good neighborhood, prices, what we could/couldnt negotiate, etc). When we finally found a house we fell in love with, she knew exactly who to call about getting our mortgage and home owners insurance rates where we needed them. It took less than 2 weeks to get everything in order for the home before we were ready to close. If I could buy another house, Id go with Lisa a million times over before even considering anyone else!

We were lucky enough to find Lisa through Zillow to help us purchase a home in Carteret county. We were moving from New York. I cannot recommend her enough. She wants you to be happy the day you close. That's her goal. She was happy to take us to whatever house we wanted to see, even after we were having second thoughts on the home we were in contract on already. A lot of realtors won't do that and will make excuses to steer you away so you just to close on the house you are already in contract on, less work for them and sooner pay off. She didn't mind starting over for our benefit. She also will stand up for you and follow through with the other side to make sure everything is done right by you. She was more detailed doing the punch list than I was and pointed out many things that I would not even have noticed. The second person I want to mention is her assistant Lauria. She is great, on top of everything, fast to respond and will never leave you hanging with a question you had. They make a great team and if I buy or sell again I will be using them again for sure. 100% recommend.
