After speaking with Barbara and working with her for a few weeks, we knew she was the right person to help us. Barbara was always quick to respond to our emails, texts or phone calls. She is very efficient and usually one step ahead in providing us with our To Do list. She was quick to add last minute showings to meet our in and out of town visits. She is right by your side from start to finish. We will definitely use her for future purchases.

Rob And Vicki Bruce | Buyer 27-Jun-2022 Satisfaction 5.0 Performance 5.0 Recommendation 5.0 Barbara sold us our first condo in NMB and made it a very easy process, so it was a qucik descision on who we would use to sell our currecnt condo and the purchase of another. With the market being as strong as it is and properties being sold so quickly; Barbara was fantastic, we were pressed for time on purchasing, Barbara was in constant contact with us 24/7. Would drop everything to go look at a condo for us as we were no longer there and went back home, she took the time to video call us so we could see the property and would explain all of the features while doing the walk through. The effort put forth by Barbara was amazing, she guided us through the process and once again made it painless for us. There is no other Realtor we would ever want to work with! Barbara was fantastic!

We chose Celene for her knowledge of the area we were looking for in Myrtle Beach. She knew of the properties we chose to visit, but as we have purchased many properties in our time together, we do a very thorough job of searching and Celene was very thorough in showing us the properties we were interested in. She then provided ample information on any unit we asked additional detailed information from the associations. She was very patient in showing us the many properties we asked of her in the months of our searches. She advised us on whom we could use for all aspects of our transactions, i.e. Attorneys and was supportive of our need to follow certain guidelines in our transition from California to North Carolina. She checked in with us to ensure we were in the loop on any offers we submitted and worked well with the agents of the sellers. thank you Celene, for all your assistance in getting our closing to be a fluid as possible. We learned a lot from each other during the search and appreciate all your efforts.
