This is the second time my wife and I ave used Megan Shigo to sell homes in Anaheim, CA that we were the executors of. Megan and her office are very professional and with their knowledge of the area to sell this home in two weeks and at a greater amount than the asking price. Would recommend Megan and her office to anyone looking for a fair and honest realtor.

Meghan made a uniquely difficult selling process practically painless for my sister and I. My parents (father passed away several years ago) had the house in a trust and did not keep a copy of the trust available. My mother could not remember any details or the trust, including the name of the attorney they used. In addition, my parents had reverse mortgaged the house, accruing a sizable monthly interest fee on top of the principal of the loan, making the timely sale of the house a necessity. My mother was having a very difficult time with this change in her life, and made the process difficult for my sister and I, and by extension, Meghan as well. Meghan was kind and gracious to my mom, and eventually won her over (I think mom likes Meghan more than she likes me now!) Finally, my sister and I were more than a little overwhelmed with the thought of everything we had to accomplish before, during and after the sale. Going through all of mom's things: furniture, kitchen items, books, paintings, all of the things stored in the garage, family treasures, and, well 86 years of life. What to do with everything we didn't keep? Cleaning, painting, and moving everything left to donation points. Meghan and her team took care of it all! No stress, no sweat, no tears. I couldn't ask for more. She even arranged for the staging! She communicated every step of the process and answered all of our questions, even the dumb ones. The bottom line is this - I recommend Meghan without reservation. She and her team are the best!
