As first time home buyers we were nervous about the process. Meghan was recommended by a co-worker and I am SO HAPPY we went with her. Meghan really wants to get to know you and your needs as a client. I felt no pressure along the way and Meghan was incredibly patient as we got to know our own tastes and needs. Everyone talks about how stressful Escrow is, but that is not the case with Meghan's team. They communicate so well and Meghan sends personalized videos to take you though all of the paperwork and e-signatures. In our purchase, Meghan was a dual agent and was always fair and able to keep both parties interest at the forefront in a way that natural. I always felt cared for, heard and knew that Meghan had our backs. I will absolutely be using Meghan and her team with any further real estate transaction!

Working with Meghan was an absolute pleasure. The home buying and selling process is so complex and intimidating. Our sale was ridden with obstacles, that had we hired anybody else, we would have lost out on buying our dream home.Meghan is very smart, always courteous, and knows how to get the job done. Our original buyers backed out at the last minute, and Meghan got us back in the game the next day. We were disappointed, but she assured us to trust in the process, and the house would sell. There were some other issues along the way that wouldve stopped the sale 99% of the time. Meghan helped us overcome those, too. In fact, we got more from the second buyers. When our mom passed I thought about keeping our childhood home, but eventually realized selling was the best option. I often saw Meghan's signs around Anaheim & my SIL echo'd that i should contact her. What a great decision! Meghan explained everything to my brother and I. She helped us navigate the sales process which included the challenges of the home being occupied by tenants and the fact the home is over 100 years old. Meghan guided us through the process always communicating proactively and always answering our texts or calls quickly. The home was on the market as interest rates began climbing and she helped us make the pricing adjustments and kept working on our behalf through the ups and downs of the market until we accepted an offer. Escrow took longer than expected but it was due to issues the buyer had and imagine the agent representing them wasn't as proactive as market conditions were changing.We were very pleased and happy to have used Meghan as our selling agent.
