Gina Ferraro is by far the an amazing agent of the times! Her presentation with all her knowledge and time spent with us was so incredibly helpful to my husband and I. At first we asked her to come to our home for a Market Value of our home... I had many agents visit my home for the same presentation prior to Ginas visit and most agents were at my home for about 15 minutes, gave us zero knowledge of the market and made us feel as thought we were taking up there time... however Gina spent almost 2 hours with us and we were so incredibly impressed at how professional and knowledgeable she was. Unfortunately, we are unable to sell our home at this time, however Gina is currently looking for a condo for us and again has gone above and beyond the call of duty. We are deciding on a condo in the coming weeks and when I am ready to sell my current home I will certainly call Gina to get the job done!

I have been working with Gina Ferraro since last year when I contacted her via the internet. She was the only realtor out of over 20 I contacted that called me back almost immediately and I was very impressed. I was in contract with a home she found for me and unfortunately I was unable to buy the home due to issues with a short sale bank. Gina's patience, consistent communication and help through the entire process was absolutely amazing! We have continued our search for a home and without fail Gina stayed in contact with me since our cancelled contract last year and has since found many homes for us to preview currently. Gina has communicated with me in detail about the homes we have seen and helped me understand the process of each circumstance we have faced and is currently helping me move forward to put an offer in a home that I didn't think I would like. Her attention to detail, and creativity in pointing out ideas for future use and decor in a home has been extremely helpful in my decision making. Gina has been my real estate agent in selling my home in Patchogue and also in buying my condo in Ridge. As the listing agent for my home, she held multiple open houses, advertised , and kept me informed of all activity. During a very difficult real estate market, my house sold. I feel Gina helped my house stand out from all of the others by providing information of comparatively priced homes in my neighborhood and helping me price it competively . With so many homes on the market, I still had many showings. Gina kept in contact with all parties involved in the sale until closing and if any snags appeared, she quickly resolved them. In purchasing my condo in Ridge, Gina listened to my needs and showed me multiple listings on multiple outings, with patience and knowledge. Once again, the process from beginning to end went very smoothly. I think the most impressive part of Gina has been how well she listens and communicates. I was always able to contact her with any questions or concerns and get a response the same day.
