Century 21 Americana

Michelle has all the experience to make any transaction effortless. She was both helpful in finding a mortgage company and title company all in the same area. This enabled me to take care of business in the day and a half that I was visiting from California. I had no intention to purchase a home, just look, yet it just seemed it was ment to be. Unbelievable !! I'm a home owner !!

Michelle is a great agent to work with. Over the last year we have sold 2 homes with Michelle and each sold in 1 day, all cash with a 10 day close. We feel that she knows the market and helped us to price the homes accurately. She is excellent in communicating throughout the entire sales process and is always willing to listen to our concerns. She also maintains good communication with the buyers' agent, calling them if there's a question and discussing items as appropriate to facilitate the sales process. We would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional realtor who is always easy and pleasant to work with.

As an investor of rental income properties, you need someone on your "team" that can and will go above the call of duty. I have bought 6 houses with Michelle's assistance over the last 13 years. She knows the area and the trends... She is respected among her peers. Is known to be fair but strong, which allows for negotiations to proceed smoothly.Take it from me you need Michelle on your speed dial if you are interested in buying your first home or commercial building. --Todd Carroll
