Jonathan Vasquez and Luther Sanchez provided excellent, professional, and kind services. The team is responsive to client's needs. I searched for the homes online, visited open houses on weekends, and for specific scheduled showings, Jonathan assisted me in contacting the sellers for viewing. He answered all my questions very well. Thank you! I highly recommend their real estate services. House buying is very competitive in the LA suburban area and home prices are exorbitant.

There is really a lot to say about our agent Karen. We really dropped the "Agent" title real quick and thought of her as a friend. We had lots of discussions about the large verity of homes along with the different areas to look for what we needed. Along the way we laughed at the struggles of finding the perfect home for our family. We developed such a great relationship. We felt very comfortable calling her whenever something came up that we were interested in. We had heard horror stories about other agents. Nothing of that nature with Karen. We couldn't have had a better FRIEND "Agent" for our first time buyers experience. Thank you for the wonderful excitement we had Karen.
