As a first time buyer, I had limited knowledge about finding my ideal home. I had many questions and concerns that come with buying a home for the first time. I met JosA(C) Lua thanks to the recommendation of a friend, the objective was to sell my house, JosA(C) did his part by putting the house on the market and immediately the offers came up. Unfortunately I was sued and the house was involved, so the sale was suspended for more than three years. In those three years JosA(C) always kept in contact with me. At the end of the lawsuit I decided to keep the house but two years later I decided to sell it, I contacted JosA(C) again, JosA(C) did his part again and the offers began to arise again, but this time the Covid 19 also emerged complicating the market and consequently the offers, this was the point where JosA(C) demonstrated his experience and professionalism and after many obstacles the house sold better than I expected. It is easy to say it and I want to give JosA(C) the best possible review, but I feel that I will not be able to do justice with words written here, JosA(C) always answered all my calls, he always answered all my emails, he always gave me correct advice and above all when I had problems with the buyer after the house was sold, JosA(C) did not walk the extra mile, JosA(C) walked ten or more extra miles!!!Thank you JosA(C)!!!If you want to Buy/sell your house I highly recommend JosA(C)
