We first met Laura 2 years ago when we were looking for a house. Laura was very professional and understood what we were looking for. Laura always had our best interests in mind and listened to us. We purchased a house last fall and could not be happier. Laura is not only our realtor, she has become our friend. We would recommend her 100% and will definitely use her for our reality needs. After interviewing 4 realtors, I chose Laura - I found her to be very sincere, honest with me, and felt she would do the best job in marketing our house.Laura gave sound advice on property value, a marketing plan, and most importantly was proactive in advertising on social media as well as providing good feedback on activity.We had a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement at very close to full asking price within 40 days of listing and closed 63 days after listing. We have a good response in an area where selling a home can be difficult.During the home inspection process, Laura helped prioritize repairs with a local contractor to get them completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.Most importantly, I always felt Laura was in my corner. There were a couple of stressful times through the process, and Laura worked tirelessly to keep the sale on track, in a way that I (and I believe the buyer) was happy with.I used Laura as a selling agent, but based on my experience, she would be even better as a buyer's agent (and she was pretty darned good on the selling agent front)!If you are looking for a Realtor in the Lewiston/Auburn area or outlying towns - (Turner, Buckfield, Livermore, etc) - I don't know how you could do better!
